Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • For multi-author manuscripts, it is declared that all authors are aware of the study and have actively approved the submission process. For single-author manuscripts, the author acknowledges sole responsibility for the manuscript and confirms the accuracy of all provided information.

Author Guidelines

Submission Code of Ethics and Declaration of Authenticity

Studies submitted to the Journal of Young Sports Academy (JYSA) must meet the following conditions:

  1. Originality:
The submitted manuscripts must not have been published anywhere before and must not have been submitted to another journal for evaluation. The manuscript must be original and the author(s) must warrant that they own all intellectual property rights.
  2. Duplicate Publication:
Simultaneous submission of the same study to more than one journal is against ethical rules. When this situation is detected, the submission process will be terminated and the relevant institution will be informed if necessary.
  3. Ethical Commitment:
The author(s) must declare that the submitted work complies with the rules of scientific ethics and the publication principles of the journal.
  4. Control Process:
The author(s) should check the accuracy of the information provided during the submission process and ensure that it is complete. They should also follow the formatting and spelling rules set by the journal when submitting their work.

These rules aim to maintain the scientific and ethical standards of the journal. The author(s) are kindly requested to carefully review these requirements prior to submission.
