Spor Bilimleri Alanında Tek Denekli Araştırma Yöntemlerinin Kullanımı: Sistematik Bir İnceleme

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, spor bilimleri alanında tek denekli araştırma yöntemleri kullanılarak yürütülmüş ulusal ve uluslararası araştırmaları sistematik biçimde incelemek ve alandaki metodolojik eğilimleri ortaya koymaktır. Bu doğrultuda, uluslararası literatürde 2020–2025 yılları arasında yayımlanan çalışmalar ile ulusal literatürde yıl sınırlaması olmaksızın yayımlanan çalışmalar taranmıştır. Uluslararası taramalar PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus ve Google Scholar veri tabanlarında, ulusal taramalar ise DergiPark veri tabanında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Belirlenen anahtar sözcükler doğrultusunda yapılan taramalar sonucunda, dâhil edilme ve dışlama ölçütlerini karşılayan çalışmalar betimsel analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma, uluslararası literatürde tek denekli araştırma desenlerinin yaygın biçimde kullanıldığını, buna karşın ulusal literatürde spor bilimleri alanında bu yöntemle yürütülmüş yalnızca üç çalışmanın bulunduğunu göstermiştir. İncelenen çalışmalarda ağırlıklı olarak katılımcılar arası çoklu başlama düzeyi, eş zamanlı çoklu başlama düzeyi ve AB temelli desenlerin tercih edildiği, müdahalelerin büyük bölümünün uyarlanmış fiziksel aktivite, spor-spesifik antrenman ve klinik egzersizlerden oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, tek denekli araştırma yöntemlerinin spor bilimleri alanında bireysel performans değişimlerinin izlenmesine ve müdahale etkililiğinin ayrıntılı biçimde değerlendirilmesine olanak tanıdığını, ancak bu yöntemlerin ulusal düzeyde henüz yeterince yaygınlaşmadığını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, spor bilimleri alanında tek denekli araştırma yöntemlerinin farklı spor branşlarında ve farklı özel gereksinim gruplarında daha yaygın biçimde kullanılmasına yönelik öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
